What are the socks made from?
our socks are made from 85% combed cotton 12% polyamide 3% spandex
How should I wash my grip socks?
Our grips socks will keep their grip, shape and quality if you use a wash bag when washing on a cycle no hotter than 40 degrees. Best if hung out to dry but a low heat dryer cycle is also acceptable.
Are they suitable for all Pilates styles?
our socks are made for everything studio to everyday wear
Will the grip wear over time?
grip is always going to wear, stick to the care instructions to prolong your grip

How long does shipping take?
although we cannot predict or make promises on postage time we refer to Australia Post for their suggested time-frame

at this stage we only ship Australia-wide

What is your return policy?
Yes, we absolutely will allow returns/replacement/refunds if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Can I exchange a size or colour?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer exchange unless the products are unused, unworn, in original packaging and returned within 10 days.
How long do returns take to process?
returns on faulty items will be dealt with promptly once recieved.
